Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of snow peas, trimmed
- 3 small radishes
- 6 large leaves basil
- 1 small head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- Pistachios for garnish
Dressing
- ½ cup of walnut oil
- 6 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- 2 tblsp poppy seeds
- ½ tsp of sea salt
Instructions:
1. For dressing add oil, vinegar, sugar mustard,
shallots, poppy seeds and salt into a jar and shake
until creamy.
2. Thinly slice the radishes; cover with ice water in a
bowl.
3. Julienne Style cut the snow peas and thinly slice
the basil leaves.
4. In a bowl add the lettuce and in later add the snow
peas, scatter the dried radishes throughout the
salad and drizzle the dressing on top.
5. Toss!
